The true advantage to an All-In-One is the ability to make copies and on select models send faxes without a computer. We ourselves, a business with several computers in our office, find it amazing how handy it is to just place a document in the scanner's auto feeder and press start to make a copy or send a fax without worrying about which computer to use or check to see if it is on.

We have last year's model of this Multifunction Machine in our office and have been very pleased with it. There are several other brands and models that offer the ability to scan and fax over an Ethernet network, but few have built in wireless network capability like this one. The ability to do borderless-printing makes this unit an excellent light duty copy machine. It has a built in answering machine too, and if you do not want to use it as an answering machine or phone, you can actually remove the handset and disable the answering machine.

This machine is very inexpensive to operate for most offices and is networkable via its built in ethernet port.
